The IT Quality Assurance Analyst works with a high degree of independence to provide dynamic technical support to the Information Technology Services department.

Develop written technical communications for the organization related to the core banking and e-commerce systems. Analyze and follow ongoing PSECU initiatives that will impact the quality of core banking and e-commerce system while acting as a liaison and point of contact for quality assurance.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am
-4:30pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation or 40% or as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for user and member interactions.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts for the software release process to ensure the functionality and reliability of system applications.
  • Execute test scripts, analyze results and report/document bugs or issues found during testing.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical and project process documentation; record and organize findings from analysis activities.
  • Maintain working knowledge of various departmental systems, including e-commerce and core banking systems, ensuring the ability to support and enhance these platforms effectively. Identify issues within current systems throughout testing.
  • Offer entry level knowledge on technical concepts related to applications and user groups; structure procedures logically based on an understanding of the relevant applications.
  • Gain a deep understanding of user perspectives on internal applications and technology, and organize testing for processes in a logical, user‑friendly sequence.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Education, or Management Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
