Responsibilities- Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights, identify trends and anomalies, and explain performance drivers using structured analytical methods.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve workflows and business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Build, own, and maintain automated Power
BI reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, including operational scorecards, forecasting views, and overall program performance reporting. - Develop automated and reliable data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, validating, and combining data from multiple source systems using Power Query and related tools.
- Support recurring and ad‑hoc data collection and validation efforts to enable internal analysis, audits, compliance checks, and performance tracking.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, reporting, data analytics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and complex formulas), Power
BI, and Power Query. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
Target: $57,000 – $68,000 per year (range $55,700 to $83,500). Salary determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and prior experience, and specific qualifications. CLEAResult does not provide sponsorship for immigration status or work authorization.
