Account Coordinator

What You'll Do

Execute daily operational tasks to support client program performance and delivery goals.

Assist in managing affiliate relationships across the full lifecycle, including:

• Partner recruitment and onboarding
• Ongoing engagement and communications
• Compliance and quality reviews

Coordinate program elements such as promotional placements, newsletters, creative assets, and offer setup (e.g., links, banners, promo codes).

Support transaction monitoring, reconciliation processes, commission updates, and batch uploads.

Compile data, run reports, and provide insights to inform performance optimization.

Track partner performance and identify trends, growth opportunities, and improvement areas.

Provide administrative and executional support for affiliate campaigns and initiatives.

Participate in client meetings to support operational continuity and deliverables.

Collaborate closely with the delivery team to build knowledge of strategy, tools, and partner optimization practices.

Follow established processes, quality standards, and best practices set by leadership and operations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Analytical mindset with comfort working in data and reporting tools.

Clear communicator who builds strong internal and external relationships.

Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
