We are a multidisciplinary team of strategists, architects, AI engineers, data scientists, and technology consultants who combine deep business expertise with modern AI capabilities to solve complex enterprise challenges. Our team collaborates closely with clients to build intelligent, scalable, and future-ready solutions that improve decision-making, optimize processes, and create sustainable business value.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 a Year

We’re looking for a strong AI Solution leader with experience in Pharma (Clinical, Safety or Regulatory) who can drive end-to-end AI-driven transformation.

• Leverage your 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, Solution Architecture, or Software Engineering to design and deliver scalable solutions
• Bring deep expertise in AWS (Glue, AI services), Snowflake, and cloud-native AI platforms to build robust data-driven systems
• Lead and execute large-scale data integration and migration programs involving complex, multi-source datasets
• Architect and guide AI/ML solutions aligned to business goals, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams, driving collaboration across business and technology stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted client-facing advisor, translating technical capabilities into tangible business value
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive decision-making through strong consulting and communication skills

• Evaluate, review, and approve architecture artifacts to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, system analysts, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Articulate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions, including ROI and strategic impact
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, with hands-on experience in establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Drive end-to-end execution across solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization
• Architect scalable and high-performance AI/ML solutions aligned with enterprise needs
• Align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives, evaluating and leveraging modern platforms and tools such as AWS, OpenAI, and Lang Chain
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies, proactively recommending innovation and transformation opportunities
• Champion continuous improvement by incorporating industry best practices to enhance solution architecture and delivery
• Define long-term AI/ML strategy and develop actionable roadmaps to support organizational goals
• Identify opportunities to expand AI and data-driven solutions to generate additional business value
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor

• 10+ years in AI/ML, Solution Architecture, or Software Engineering
• Experience in Pharma (Clinical, Safety, or Regulatory)
• Hands-on with AWS (Glue, AI services) and Snowflake
• Experience with large-scale data integration and migration
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience in Life Sciences and regulated environments
• Knowledge of data engineering, MLOps, and cloud-native AI platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and modern data architecture
