Ocean State Job Lot is looking for a per diem Help Desk position in Pennsylvania. The candidate will serve as a central point of contact for the Information Services department. Responsibilities include resolving issues, aggregating help desk work orders, and providing top-notch customer service. Ideal applicants will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-oriented environment, excellent communication skills, and a general understanding of PC operations.
