Must-Have Skills
Sitecore 10.x, SXA, SPE, Unicorn, TDS, Glass Mapper, Sitecore Rocks
ASP.NET/C# with MVC
Architecting with Helix principles
Automated deployments (Octopus, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins)
Cloud (AWS/Azure), Domain Management
Strong Git/TFS, CI/CD expertise
Web Architecture: HTTPS, cookies, redirects, session mgmt
SQL Server, Windows Server, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, HTML5, IIS
