Our Consulting and Professional Services team is looking for a Business Process Senior Consultant in the Performance, Data Migration & Lifecycle Optimization portfolio. You will work with a variety of SAP products and technologies across industry segments, cloud, and on‑premise.

• Act as an advisor to the customer’s IT department with a strong technology and operations focus.
• Clarify existing expectations with customer technology and operations experts.
• Drive knowledge management and innovation activities based on experiences with customers.
• Collaborate and co‑innovate with respective development teams.
• Analyze performance and availability of complex SAP solutions across the whole SAP Business Suite.
• Identify issues and bottlenecks and develop solutions.
• Meet challenging requirements as a quick learner with strong analytical skills, creativity, open‑mindedness, and the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

• Strong subject matter expertise in Performance, Data Migration & Lifecycle Optimization, especially with SAP solutions such as S/4 HANA Data Migration Cockpit, and knowledge of ADMM.
• Foundational knowledge of core SAP data domains:
  Finance, Materials, Business Partner.
• Understanding of the S/4 HANA technical stack and end‑to‑end architecture.
• Experience with Performance Essentials, End‑to‑End ABAP performance tuning and optimization.
• Knowledge of SAP ILM/Archiving/Data Tiering.
• Experience with the SAP BTM Suite, particularly test automation (Tricentis), business process insights (Signavio), and descriptions (LeanIX).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Willingness to travel to SAP customers in the Americas region.
• Solid knowledge of SAP’s strategy, solutions, and respective industry business processes, with experience in direct customer interaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronics & Electrical, or other engineering fields).
• Minimum 8 years of experience; of which at least 5 years in a relevant position at SAP.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of customers and management.
• Other languages are an asset.

Included annualized compensation range: USD 135,600 – 230,600, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive. Additional benefits are available through the SAP North America Benefits portal.
