Role Overview
The Service Now Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro Technology Expert is responsible for the configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of the Service Now SAM Pro platform. This role ensures that all module configurations, data models, and underlying tables accurately represent software inventory, entitlements, and consumption to enable audit‑defensible software compliance positions and actionable insights.
What You Will DoConfigure and maintain Service Now SAM Pro modules, ingest and transform data, manage data models and tables, ensure software license compliance and reconciliation, and integrate with other systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) and certifications in Service Now SAM Pro, ITIL / ITAM / IAITAM.
