Procurement & Sourcing Operations Analyst, Specialist

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding business needs, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively across teams. The Procurement & Sourcing Operations Analyst, Specialist will lead low and medium complexity sourcing transactions, drive engagements through defined sourcing processes, and interpret and communicate contract requirements to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead sourcing transactions, facilitate discussions with leadership and suppliers, drive engagements through defined sourcing processes, and interpret and communicate contract requirements to key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with suppliers or vendors, supporting technology or business teams, participating in procurement or contracting activities, managing projects, or partnering with a variety of stakeholders. They will be able to build relationships, understand business needs, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.

• Three years related work experience in sourcing functions
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Experience with IT hardware and software is beneficial but not required
• Experience with Oracle, other ERPs, Service Now, Globality, Sirian is preferred
