We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in Integrated Eligibility (IE) functional testing to support a lead project.
The Test Lead will manage a team of 6–8 testers
, oversee end-to-end functional testing activities, and ensure high-quality delivery across eligibility and benefits systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall testing experience, with strong functional testing focus
- 3+ years as a Test Lead managing teams of 6–8 testers
- Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems
- Ensure coverage across IE programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Care
- Strong understanding of eligibility determination workflows and cross-program integration
- Experience working on state government / public sector projects
- Expertise in SDLC and STLC, including Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, ALM, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
