Product Manager, Agentic Vulnerability Elimination Location:Pune, India (In-office) Working timing : UK Shift Position Summary
Hacker One is seeking a hands‑on, technically curious Product Manager to join the team building Agentic Vulnerability Elimination (AVE). AVE is how Hacker One brings AI agents and human expertise together to validate, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities agents do the heavy lifting on every finding, while our triage analysts and security researchers keep them accurate and trustworthy. In this role, you will drive improvements to the quality and performance of these agents and the harness they run in, working closely with our Pune triage and offensive security teams and partnering closely with product development teams based in India, the Netherlands, and the U.K.
This is an ideal role for someone who is energized by AI, comfortable getting into the details of how an agent actually behaves, and motivated by close collaboration with the operators, security researchers, and customers who use and pressure‑test our products every day.
This hybrid role is located in Pune, India, and reports to the Principal Product Manager for Agentic Vulnerability Elimination.
Primary ResponsibilitiesSuccess in the Product Manager role will be accomplished by delivering on the responsibilities below in alignment with the Values and Principles that define how we work at Hacker One:
Lead the definition and delivery of improvements to AI agent quality, performance, and cost management across validation, prioritization, exploitation, deduplication, and remediation, balancing model capabilities, operational workflows, customer outcomes, and engineering tradeoffs.
Own the evolution of the evaluation framework and agent harness, establishing scalable evaluation methodologies, quality gates, and feedback loops that improve agentic capabilities over time.
Partner with triage, engineering, offensive security researchers, and product teams to align priorities, influence product direction, and translate operational workflows into scalable, AI‑driven product capabilities.
Work closely with our offensive security researchers to validate exploitability, adversarially stress‑test agent decisions, and improve how the agents reason about real‑world attack scenarios.
