Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a skilled NOC Technician to monitor and troubleshoot our network infrastructure. You will handle incidents, perform complex troubleshooting across SS7, SIP, Diameter, IPX, and IP networks, and interface with customers, carriers, and vendors to minimize service impact.
The role requires shift work including nights and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment, strong communication, and teamwork. A technical degree or equivalent experience is expected.
