80 Intermediaries is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Newtown Square, PA
!
- Prepare and distribute Explanation of Reimbursements (EORs) to brokers, TPAs, and employer groups.
- Coordinate claim reimbursement processing, including obtaining ACH authorization forms and managing special handling requests.
- Maintain accurate contact records for EOR distribution and premium billing within ESL systems.
- Support accounting operations by coordinating commission ACH forms and maintaining required producer W9 documentation.
- Track compliance requirements and escalate missing documentation when needed.
- Maintain organized electronic records and processing logs within ESL office systems.
- Provide updates to internal teams and assist with coordination between Accounting, Claims, and Operations. u
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, data security standards, and internal operational procedures.
- High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of administrative, insurance, accounting, or financial services experience.
- Insurance or healthcare industry exposure is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
