Title:
Sr. Regional Program Director
Responsible to:
Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Executive Officer
The Sr. Regional Program Director has a high level of senior management experience. Is accustomed to providing leadership and direction to the team. Is responsible for the operational success of AIMED Human Services programs. Ensuring seamless team management and development. Delivering high quality programs and controlling and evaluating programs effectively. The Regional Program Director provides guidance, support, and mentorship. They create a work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and professional growth.
The idea person is seasoned and capable of managing with little close supervision.
- Managing a team of program managers and staff.
- Developing and implementing program plans.
- Effectively execute policies and procedures.
- Monitoring program performance and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Evaluating program outcomes and making recommendations for improvements.
- Identifying and addressing program challenges.
- Knowledge about the Office of Developmental Programs (6400/6100).
- Capable of executing ODP regulations and monitoring compliance.
- Working with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.
- Representing AIMED Human Services to external stakeholders.
- Carry Out the strategic plan for program expansion and growth.
- Oversight of program staff.
- Responsible for working closely with the recruiter and planning for vacancies.
- Close collaboration with Chief Program Officer and Clinical Manager on new admissions and discharges.
- Adequate with training staff.
- Effective management and development. Effectively evaluate the skill, experience, and professional development needs of staff.
- High level execution and effective work across all departments and regions.
- Knowledge of incident management and investigative reporting.
- Become proficient in all systems: HCSIS, Therap and Incident Management, Bamboo and ADP.
- Utilize performance measures to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluation and goal setting for all employees.
- Effective performance evaluation writing skills.
- Exercise strong leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level understanding of human resources, employee performance improvement plans, and corrective action policies.
- Establish consistent, objective program performance standards of accountability.
- Ensure sites and participant care are always up to our standard of quality and excellence.
- Oversee program ISP and team meetings.
- Effectively provide oversight of licensing.
- Through knowledge and understanding of PROMISe.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Senior Regional Program Director must have a master’s degree and two years in Human Services or bachelor’s degree and three years’ relevant experience.
