Responsibilities- Ability to coordinate, plan and execute jobs while assisting the onsite Field Manager
- Responsible for maintaining heavy equipment including preventative maintenance, and any additional tools necessary
- Familiarity with overseeing safety and monitoring proper PPE onsite
- Ability to assist the Field Manager with overseeing job site quality and productivity
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Coordinate the daily work schedule with the Field Manager
- Assist in training and managing personnel assigned to the crew
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of Hardscape
- Strong organizational skills
- Landscape Construction background or experience
