Business & Community Engagement Manager

Salary: $70,/year

Dynamic and team‑oriented professional to build business relationships with current and new clients while overseeing activities for the Business Service Team.

• Supervise, coach, and support the Business Services Team to ensure effective employer engagement, business development, and service delivery.
• Develop and implement standardized processes for job orders, recruitment activities, On‑the‑Job Trainings (OJTs), Paid Work Experience (PWE), and employer communication workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organizations, chambers, and workforce partners to expand hiring opportunities and collaborative initiatives.
• Analyze labor market trends, employer hiring demands, and industry needs to support strategic outreach and workforce alignment efforts.
• Develop and execute marketing, outreach, and employer engagement strategies to increase business participation and service awareness.
• Track, monitor, and report team performance outcomes and business engagement metrics.
• Maintain current knowledge of workforce development trends, funding requirements, state and local regulations, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7years of previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Marketing and sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience, strong presentation abilities, and good interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Regional travel required.
• Ability to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment.
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle required.
