Federated Hermes is seeking a Unit Manager, Client Platform Services to lead a high‑performing team supporting trading platforms and client‑facing systems. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client service, ensuring seamless platform performance and an exceptional client experience.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team supporting trading platforms and web‑based systems
• Oversee client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring service levels and response times are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and partners
• Support client onboarding, system integrations, and platform conversions
• Manage staffing, workflow distribution, and call routing for optimal performance
• Lead projects and drive initiatives tied to system enhancements and client solutions
• Ensure strong controls, compliance, and risk mitigation practices
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of business experience, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer service background; financial services experience a plus
• Knowledge of trading platforms and systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and business systems
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
