Travel Required:

Frequent travel throughout Pennsylvania with occasional executive meetings at corporate headquarters.

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to oversee and optimize operations across a growing network of dental practices throughout Pennsylvania.

The Vice President of Operations will partner closely with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient care across multiple practice locations.

This role is responsible for establishing operational standards, optimizing workflows, driving accountability, and ensuring consistent execution throughout the organization.

  Minimum 5 years of senior-level multi-site healthcare or dental operations leadership e

  Demonstrated success leading multiple locations, regions, or practices.
  
  Strong understanding of practice operations, scheduling, patient flow, revenue cycle management, and business performanc
• e metrics.
  
  Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze operational and financial perform
