Program Supervisor – Community-Based Services
Status:
Full-time, 37.5+ hours per week
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location:
Middleburg, Pennsylvania, United States
Pay:
Negotiable, based on experience
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000
- Associate’s degree (or 60 college credits) and 4 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or autism OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience OR Master’s degree and 1 year of related experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations (i.e., Chapter 51, 2380, 6400)
- A valid driver’s license and at least 6 months of driving experience
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language
- A collaborative, flexible team player with strong organizational and leadership skills
you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building meaningful, connected lives in their communities. You’ll lead staff, oversee program operations, and ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centered supports that promote independence, choice, and community inclusion.
What You’ll Do:- Build strong, respectful relationships with individuals and lead staff in delivering meaningful, community-based supports aligned with individual goals and independence
- Oversee daily program operations, ensuring services are safe, effective, person-centered, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans, including evaluations and collaboration with Supports Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams
- Partner with individuals, families, staff, and community organizations to ensure consistent, high-quality supports and positive outcomes
- Monitor program quality, documentation, and outcomes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Lead, coach, and support staff through a Servant Leadership approach, fostering engagement, accountability, and a positive team environment
