** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate asphalt plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production targets.
* Monitor plant controls and systems to ensure consistent quality and optimal performance.
* Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with team members to coordinate material flow and maintain smooth operations.
* Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized worksite.## ##
** What We Are Looking For
*** Ability to learn and operate Hot Mix Asphalt plant systems and related equipment.
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
* Capacity to troubleshoot issues and apply sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
* Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in varying outdoor conditions.
* Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.## ##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.## ##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## ##
