** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor aggregate plant equipment to support safe, efficient production
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on stationary and mobile equipment
* Assist with plant cleanup and general labor tasks to maintain a safe work area
* Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate needs to the team
* Learn and operate additional equipment such as loaders, skid steers, water trucks, and other support machinery
** What We Are Looking For
*** Capability to operate or learn to operate aggregate plant and mobile equipment safely
* Strong commitment to safety, situational awareness, and following established procedures
* Ability to perform basic maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting
* Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working in varied outdoor conditions
* Dependable work habits, teamwork, and a focus on quality and productivity
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
