Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an LP2-EM Joint Process Team Leader to oversee the startup of a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Indiana. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external contract manufacturers to ensure quality and supply objectives are met.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field and a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
Strong leadership and project management skills are essential. Competency in Microsoft tools and familiarity with cGMP compliance is preferred.
