CNC Machinists & Programmers

KYDA Partners are currently partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer looking to hire CNC Machinists, Operators and Programmers to join their growing team in PA.

This is a great opportunity to join a clean, modern, high-spec facility producing precision components for critical medical applications. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced machinist, there are clear progression pathways and long-term development opportunities available.

• Operating and/or programming CNC machines (Swiss lathes, Mazak, 5-axis)
• Working from engineering drawings and tight tolerances
• Inspecting parts using precision measuring equipment (down to 0.0001").
• Identifying tooling (drills, end mills, reamers, inserts) and applying correctly
• Running multiple machines and maintaining efficient production flow
• Supporting setups, troubleshooting issues, and minimising downtime
• Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organisation

• 1–3+ years CNC machining experience (operator, machinist or programmer level)
• Experience with Mazak or Swiss-style lathes preferred
• Ability to read drawings and work to tight tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Work in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility
