Thermoform Tooling Technician Nights

Job Description

As a Thermoform Tooling Technician, you support the thermoforming operation by maintaining, repairing, and preparing molds and trim tools. This role is a strong fit if you enjoy hands‑on mechanical work and want to grow your skills within a technical manufacturing environment.

• Performs basic maintenance, cleaning, and repair of molds and trim tools.
• Installs and removes molds and tooling for production needs.
• Operates forming and trimming equipment safely and correctly.
• Troubleshoots simple equipment or tooling issues and reports concerns promptly.
• Completes required documentation and follows inspection procedures.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assists team members with repair tasks and general shop duties.
• Follows all company safety, quality, and operational guidelines.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical ability and comfort using hand tools.
• Effective communication; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with basic measuring tools such as gauges or micrometers.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods; comfortable working around oils, grease, and common shop materials.

Compensation: $26.65 hourly plus shift differential.

Work Schedule:

7:00pm–7:00am following a 2‑2‑3 schedule (every other weekend off).
