** What your day looks like:
** T his individual will perform general labor and maintenance duties in the mill facilities including but not limited to painting, operating a forklift, general maintenance, inventory checking, and cleaning.
May be responsible for all or part of the following duties and responsibilities to be determined by the Mill Manager, Mill Supervisor, Mill Shift Supervisor:  
* Perform general painting and related functions for mill facilities.
* Able to work close to the maintenance team and assist on jobs.
* Operate forklift/high lift.
* Perform general maintenance duties.
* Conduct inventory checks and organize parts in warehouse.
* Perform general mill cleaning duties as assigned.
* Maintain the bulk disinfectant tank at local mills.
* Communicate and work effectively with all team members.
* Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
* Perform general clean up as needed and keep tools organized.
* Drive between local mill facilities and travel to outside mills when needed.
* Understand, utilize, and navigate the Wenger System.
* Ensure adherence to Wenger policies, methods, and disciplines.  
** Who you are:*
* * Minimum High School Diploma or GED
* General mechanical skills
* Ability to manage time effectively
* Ability to climb ladders and work in high places
* Ability to work in confined spaces
* Ability to perform heavy lifting (maximum 80 pounds)
* Ability to work in dusty conditions
* Ability to work without direct supervision
* Compliance with all WFM PPE requirements
* Valid PA driver's license and can drive company vehicle, per policy
* Other duties as assigned.
