** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.
* Build a high‐performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development.
* Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance.
* Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, MSHA safety, and quality standards.
* Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.
* Partner with sales, logistics, local stakeholders, regulators and the surrounding community.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field, preferred.
* Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required.
* Experience with budgeting, cost control and performance metrics.
* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
* Sound operational judgment and problem‐solving skills in a fast‐paced plant environment.
* Strong knowledge of crushing and screening operations, mobile/heavy equipment and maintenance practices.
* Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous learning.
** Work Environment
** This role operates within an outdoor, heavy‐industrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and large mobile equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required.

*** Competitive base salary, $97,710 to $130,277, and participation in our annual incentive plan
