Loader Operator

Responsibilities

Operate front-end loader to move, stockpile, and feed materials for hot mix asphalt production

Load trucks accurately and efficiently while maintaining product quality standards

Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance

Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas and traffic flow within the plant

Communicate with plant personnel to support production targets and schedule demands

Proficiency in safely operating heavy equipment, particularly front-end loaders

Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial or construction environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing production needs

Dependable attendance and commitment to teamwork and reliability

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$24-27 per hour
