As an Equipment Operator, your role is vital in maintaining efficient and accurate order processing while upholding rigorous quality control standards. We seek an adaptable individual with meticulous attention to detail, a positive and collaborative attitude, and the required equipment operating experience.

• Operate equipment including forklifts and other machinery to execute tasks such as stowing, scanning, picking, packing, loading, unloading, inspecting, and auditing items with a focus on safety, care, and precision.
• Maintain material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and reporting any issues to the supervisor and maintenance team.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in order processing.
• Uphold high-quality standards in the handling and packaging of products.
• Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and actively identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Consistently meet deadlines, showcasing dependability and consistency in tasks and responsibilities.
• Perform various duties as assigned, including flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours when necessary to support business needs.

• Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in forklift or other equipment operation.
• Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or a related industry is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform frequent reaching, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hand-held scanners.
