Job Description ### Xylem  empowers you with smart technologies and insights to optimize operations, tackle challenges, and achieve meaningful outcomes - Sensus, a Xylem brand### The Production Supervisor leads all facets of Sensus meter production, driving safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. This hands-on leader directs and develops the production team, ensures flawless execution of manufacturing processes, and champions continuous improvement.

With a focus on best practices and strict regulatory compliance, the supervisor keeps operations running at peak performance while delivering results that meet and exceed expectations.### ###

Shift: Monday - Friday – 8 hour shift, 8AM to 4PM (Additional hours as required to meet the objectives of the department)### ### Responsibilities:
** Supervision and Leadership: 30+ direct Reports*** ### Provide guidance and direction to production team* ### Lead and motivate team to meet production goals* ### Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback* ### Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the team### Production Planning and Coordination:* ### Develop and implement production schedules* ### Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow* ### Analyze production data and make recommendations for improvements* ### Troubleshoot and resolve any production related issues### Quality Control:* ### Ensure products meet company quality standards* ### Conduct quality inspections and audits* ### Implement and maintain quality control procedures* ### Address any quality issues or concerns in a timely manner### Budget and Cost Management:* ### Monitor and control production costs* ### Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements* ### Prepare and track production budgets* ### Make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.###
