Mat Packing Associate

Dempsey Uniform is hiring Mat Roller Operators for our plant near Scranton, PA.

You will work full‑time first shift, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with no scheduled weekends. Pay starts at $18.20 per hour.

• Lift, roll, and carry mats in the facility to prepare them for customers.
• Meet production standards.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a highly reliable work performance record.
• Must pass extensive pre‑employment checks, including background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation to report to work as scheduled.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position, which may include standing for 10 hours per day, bending, twisting, squatting, repetitive hand motions such as grasping, and lifting a minimum of 15 lbs.
• Must perform all assigned duties in a safe fashion and in accordance with OSHA standards and directives.
• Must report any unsafe conditions or practices to management promptly.
• Must perform other duties as assigned.
