Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing food processing and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role supports the facility’s SQF certified food safety and quality management system by ensuring equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are maintained in sanitary, safe operating condition. The position requires strict compliance with OSHA safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (29 CFR ), electrical safety, and confined space requirements, with familiarity supporting boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration systems, and wastewater treatment operations as applicable.
