** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate front-end loader to move, stockpile, and feed materials for hot mix asphalt production
* Load trucks accurately and efficiently while maintaining product quality standards
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
* Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas and traffic flow within the plant
* Communicate with plant personnel to support production targets and schedule demands
** What Are We Looking For
*** Proficiency in safely operating heavy equipment, particularly front-end loaders
* Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial or construction environment
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing production needs
* Dependable attendance and commitment to teamwork and reliability
* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
