We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Warping and Knitting manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and on-time delivery while leading a high-performing production team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily warping and knitting operations.
- Ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, and productivity.
- Develop and mentor supervisors and production teams.
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- 3+ years managing warping and knitting operations.
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, yarn preparation, warping, and knitting technologies.
- Experience leading large production teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with ERP and manufacturing systems.
- Experience in automotive textiles or technical textile manufacturing.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with ISO/IATF quality systems.
- Multi-shift manufacturing leadership experience.
