This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency.
** The Operator I, Production Technical Operations** (Para-Professional & Support Path), is primarily responsible for handling manual and operational tasks in production, ensuring equipment is set up, operated, maintained, and troubleshot to meet product specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
** Specifics include:
*** Handle manual or operational production tasks according to guidelines to ensure smooth processes
* Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
* Ensure products meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards
* Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
* Monitor output quality and identify, discard, or re manufacture faulty products
* Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
* Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations to align with business objectives
* Complete all required training and maintain organizational compliance
* Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
* Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following SOPs, maintaining complete documentation, and performing rigorous quality control
** WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

** 3rd Shift – 8 Hours 10:30 PM EST - 6:30AM EST (Sunday night – Thursday night)
