Production Worker - 3rd Shift

• Assemble parts in specified relationship to shop orders
• Work at various work stations as production needs require
• Package vinyl/aluminum gates and fence sections according to orders
• Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment
• Perform other routine duties as needed

• Basic Math Skills
• Must be able to follow directions
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen

Employees are eligible for a raise after 60 days and again after 6 months of employment pending performance reviews.

• Paid Weekly
• All DSI employees receive a $15,000 Life Insurance policy after 60 days of employment paid for by the company.
• After 3 years of employment, DSI pays for 90% of an employee's health insurance premium.
• Employees can take out Dental &/or Vision insurance but decline medical coverage.
• 401(k) plan available after 1 year of employment with DSI matching 50% of employee contributions up to 5% (1.5% DSI match)
• Employees are paid for 6 major holidays effective day 1 of employment.
