Due to continued rapid growth, Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift.

What you'll get:

  • Starting pay: $17.00/hour
  • Extra $1.00/hour during 2nd shift hours

What you'll do:

  • Operate and monitor production machines.
  • Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects.
  • Troubleshoot reasons for defects and contact maintenance for assistance when required.
  • Enter daily work into computer system.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Job flexibility:
Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

The skills you'll need:

  • Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 20 lbs. occasionally)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
  • Other skills required:
    • Basic mechanical skills
    • Basic math skills

What we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Age 18+ with reliable transportation
  • The ability to train on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.
