** Job Summary
** We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products by operating press equipment, following safety and quality standards, and supporting daily production goals. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.
** What You’ll Do
*** Safely operate press equipment to support daily production
* Set up and prepare molds by:
* Cleaning (scraping/vacuuming)
* Applying mold release
* Loading and leveling molds
* Use overhead cranes and scales to move materials
* Follow Manufacturing Orders (MO), including materials and step-by-step instructions
* Perform quality checks using measurement tools to ensure products meet specifications
* Operate additional equipment such as press saws, as needed
* Use a forklift to move and stage materials (training/certification required)
* Keep your work area clean and organized (5S / housekeeping)
* Enter basic production information into the system (Movex)
* Stay on schedule and help meet production goals
** What We’re Looking For
*** High school diploma or GED
* Manufacturing or hands-on work experience
* Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
* Ability to use basic measurement tools
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Team player with good communication skills
* Quality inspection experience
* Forklift and/or saw operation experience
** Pay Transparency
** The salary for this position is $21.83. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
