  • Opportunity to elevate and modernize EH&S programs
What You’ll Own

  • Emergency preparedness & response planning
  • Incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Regulatory reporting and agency interface
  • Safety culture engagement and workforce coaching
  • Audit readiness and corrective action management
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field
  • 3+ years of EH&S leadership experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations; exposure to PSM and environmental programs is a plus
  • Proven ability to influence plant leadership and frontline teams
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Corporate functions
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and building strong relationships with external regulatory agencies
