Job Description – Production Team Partner – Truck Loader – Uni First (2603416)

Uni First is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our team. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will help keep our fleet moving by prepping our trucks for delivering product to customers. We offer a 5‑day work week with Saturday and Sunday off, a 40‑hour work week, and immediate onboarding with on‑the‑job training.

We offer a 40‑hour work week and weekends off.

• Load garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate machinery.
• Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
