Noble Biomaterials seeks a Textile Production Technician to support manufacturing of advanced antimicrobial and conductive textiles. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor textile production equipment, perform setups and changeovers, and complete in-process quality checks to meet precise specifications. You will follow strict safety and cleanliness standards, document production data, and assist with basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Working closely with engineering and quality teams, you will help drive continuous improvement and support sustainable, high-performance material innovation.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor textile production lines for antimicrobial and conductive materials
- Set up, calibrate, and adjust textile equipment per production specifications
- Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime
- Follow strict safety, cleanliness, and GMP/ISO guidelines
- Handle raw materials and finished goods, including labeling and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on process improvements
- Support preventive maintenance and report equipment malfunctions promptly
