Client Relationship Manager
We're looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to step into a fast-moving, high-ownership contract role covering maternity leave. This position requires someone who can hit the ground running, build trust with clients quickly, and thrive in an environment that moves fast and rewards people who can hold their own in ambiguity.
You'll support on owning the day-to-day client relationship, drive execution across cross-functional teams, and be the connective tissue between our clients, agency partners and P10's delivery team for a new indication launch. The client is collaborative, direct, and informal, they'd rather you call or text than send a 20-slide deck. If that sounds like your kind of client, keep reading. You will report to the Senior Director of Client Services.
This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States located in NY, NJ or PA. Travel will be required up to 20% to client sites.
ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and credibility from day one
- Navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with confidence, bringing clarity and calm when things get chaotic
- Show up for clients in the way they work, including occasional in-person workshops and on-site collaboration
Strategic Account Management:
- Develop a deep understanding of client business, disease areas, brand strategy, and HCP marketing priorities
- Partner with P10's internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and print
- Support launch and new indication work, hitting the ground running on complex, milestone-driven campaigns
Financial Oversight:
- Support budget management, forecasting, and financial performance tracking in partnership with Operations
- Flag scope changes and budget risks early and proactively
- 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare marketing; 4 years considered with demonstrated strong career growth
- Proven HCP marketing experience, launch experience and new indication work required
- Strong mix of digital and print campaign management
- Deep familiarity with MLR processes and Veeva Vault submissions, this is a standard expectation, not a nice to have
- Proficiency in Slack and Microsoft Teams for day-to-day collaboration
- Comfortable with ambiguity, direct communication, and informal client relationships, you call, you text, you figure it out
- Ability to travel 5–10% to NY, NJ, or PA for client workshops and on-site collaboration
- Based in the United States: NY, NJ, or PA preferred
- A coordinator-level support role, you will own projects and relationships, not just assist on them
- A role with direct reports or people management responsibilities
- A slow-start position, the team needs someone ready to contribute from week one
- Contract Duration: 9 months with potential to convert to permanent based on business needs and performance
$100,000 - $130,000 a year
