The Project Manager will focus directly on firm marketing. This role calls for effective multitasking and organization, as you work between marketing, creative, digital, social and vertical teams, ensuring campaigns, content, events, and recognition initiatives move forward on schedule - and reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
Candidates must be in commuting distance to our Philadelphia-area office.

Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Coordination- Project Management:
Oversee workflows, timelines, and team collaborations, ensuring all marketing projects run smoothly and are completed on time. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the day-to-day liaison, under the direction of the Director of Marketing, between Marketing/BD and Creative, Digital, Social, and Regional teams to keep marketing initiatives aligned and moving. - Campaign Coordination:
Execute tasks such as coordinating trade show logistics, award nominations, digital marketing initiatives, social campaign support, and content distribution.
- Brand Consistency:
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image. - Event Management:
Manage the conference calendar and coordinate logistics for the firm's presence at key conferences and industry events. - Awards & Recognition:
Manage the agency's ongoing awards calendar and submission pipeline end-to-end, spanning agency-level, individual/leadership, and vertical-specific award categories.
- Maintain all marketing trackers including, but not limited to, conferences, awards, ads/thought leadership, new marketing initiatives or new verticals.
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing on marketing initiatives, project statuses, and performance metrics.
- All other tasks as assigned.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, appropriately prioritizing and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable adopting AI-assisted workflow tools.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press) a plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) helpful.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within a multi-office or agency environment.
