Key Responsibilities (Associate Director - U.S. Marketing; Physician/HCP, Consumer/HCC, Scientific, Patient Support)
- Lead foundational customer strategy and planning for launch, including customer segmentation via primary/secondary market research.
- Partner with Agency of Record (AOR) on planning and executing branded/creative/market-shaping campaigns.
- Lead Customer Agile Team (CAT) to plan and execute omnichannel promotional strategy.
- Develop and track KPIs across launch phases; ensure cross-functional execution alignment.
- Lead OPDP submission planning/execution for launch.
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimize the customer experience and develop a customer experience roadmap.
- Act as brand lead for the company's Marketing Model; partner with Learning & Development on launch learning plans.
- Manage relevant budgets and planning processes; collaborate across Immunology CATs for cohesion.
- Patient Support marketing: define PSP strategic vision/goals/KPIs; implement new programs (vendor selection, SOPs, budgeting, launch readiness); manage day-to-day case management operations.
- Patient Support: liaison with cross-functional partners (commercial, medical affairs, market access, legal/compliance, pharmacovigilance); manage relationships with pharmacies, infusion centers, provider networks, patient advocacy groups, and vendors; ensure materials/activities comply with laws and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS); MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years healthcare industry experience, including at least 3 years in strategic marketing/brand management.
- Growth mindset, collaboration, business agility.
- Strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical/critical thinking, planning.
- Ability to use data analytics and/or customer/market insights for decisions.
- Strong written/verbal communication.
- Leadership and ability to influence without direct authority; work in complex/matrix organizations.
- Understanding of omnichannel marketing (digital and non-digital); integrity and ethics.
- US commercial and regulatory requirements;
Immunology market understanding. - Agency/vendor management.
- Agile tools (Jira, Mural).
