Location:The church is located in the borough of Dickson City, Pennsylvania which is four miles north of Scranton.

Job Description: Cornerstone Alliance Church is seeking a spiritually mature pastor who will serve as a shepherd, counselor, mentor, and teacher for the congregation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about knowing and loving the church and community while bringing clarity to ministry strategies. The church is seeking a pastor with an encouraging and energetic leadership style.

Minimum Years of Experience:The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of church ministry experience and proven experience making disciples.

Minimum Education Level:If necessary, must be willing to complete the Ministerial Study Program (MSP) upon hiring.

Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to complete the Alliance accreditation process upon hiring

Compensation:Bi-Vocational Salary, Health Benefits

Church Size:Less than 50 for Avg. Sunday Attendance

Church History:In February 2018, two churches in Peckville and Clarks, Pennsylvania pooled their resources and merged their congregations to purchase a new, accessible building between the two locations. God provided and led them to purchase and renovate the showroom of a former Gibbons-Ford dealership on Main Street in Dickson City. God was indeed "doing a new thing!" (Isa. 43:19) for the new church, in a new building, in a new community.

Since then, they have been reaching out to their new neighbors with the truth, love, and power of Jesus.
