Ten Thousand Villages is seeking a Major Gift Officer to build a comprehensive major gifts program and grow the organization’s mission. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and advancing high-capacity donor prospects, with an emphasis on Artisan Pathways, and cultivating major gifts.
The MGO will work closely with the CEO to secure introductions with top prospects, strategize donor solicitations, and ensure a strong annual giving pipeline through CEO-led asks and donor engagement.
