Family Nurse Practitioner — Locum-to-Perm Across Pennsylvania

$70–$90/hr | Housing & Relocation Covered | Multiple PA Locations | Path to Permanent

An outpatient practice in Pennsylvania is hiring Family Nurse Practitioners on a 6-month locum contract with a real path to a permanent, full-time position.

This is primary care and family medicine — patients across the lifespan, chronic disease management, common acute visits, wellness exams. The kind of medicine you trained for, without the burnout. Patient loads are manageable and your schedule is predictable:
Monday–Friday, no nights, no weekends, no on-call.

Multiple clinical sites across Pennsylvania — Philly, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Scranton, Harrisburg, Erie, and more. You'll be matched to a location that works for your life. Need to relocate? Covered. Need housing during the contract? Also covered.

• Primary care and family medicine visits across the lifespan
• Acute illness management — the everyday stuff
• Chronic disease follow-ups, wellness exams, preventive screenings
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and referrals
• Document in EHR and coordinate with your on‑site care team

• Board-certified FNP (preferred) or ACNP/AGACNP — AANP or ANCC
• Active Pennsylvania license at time of start
• 1+ year of clinical NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or acute care
• Comfortable working independently
• BLS current; ACLS is a plus
