RN Supervisor-Nightshift

This full‑time nursing leadership role involves supervising nursing care at a skilled nursing facility in Indiana, PA, working a 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM shift for three days weekly, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Shift differential of $3.50/hour applies.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and ensuring quality nursing care in compliance with regulations.
• Leading and supervising LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Conducting resident rounds and addressing operational issues.
• Administering medications, including IV therapy.
• Assisting with assessments, care plans, and staff training.

Qualifications:

• Licensed RN in PA with at least 1 year in long‑term care.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with medication administration and IV therapy.
