Description of WorkThis position plays a key role in providing complete nursing care and creating a therapeutic environment for residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties:
- Care Delivery:
Provide skilled, restorative, rehabilitative, supportive, and palliative nursing care to residents - Environment Support:
Maintain a stable and therapeutic setting that promotes resident comfort and well‑being - Quality Assurance:
Follow HIPAA standards and uphold all required nursing care guidelines - Resident Focus:
Support resident quality of life through attentive, high quality nursing practices
- Part‑time employment (8 hours/day; 20 hours/week).
- Positions are available on the following shift: 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Rotating holidays and weekends. Working every other weekend is required.
- Lunch Period: 30 minutes.

Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting hourly salary of $44.12 (before taxes). - You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. - Must be actively authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- If you are within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting. At the time of appointment to a position, you must show proof of possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
