Key Responsibilities
- Administering the nursing program to maintain standards of resident care/quality of care
- Advise clinical staff and department heads on matters related to nursing services
- Directs the planning, implementing, and evaluation of the nursing care for residents.
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (BSN preferred)
- Proven clinical experience (5 years) in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care
- 3+ years’
management experience in a long-term care setting - Understanding of Clinical Federal/State SNF regulations
