Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

As an LPN Unit Clerk
, you’ll be a key part of the unit—administering medications, coordinating physician orders, communicating with families, and helping ensure residents receive the compassionate, high‑quality care they deserve.

What you’ll love about this LPN Unit Clerk role

• Full‑time schedule:
  40 hours per week
• Daylight weekday hours: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Every other weekend required
• A meaningful role supporting residents, families, and the care team

What you’ll do as an LPN Unit Clerk

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures while following all care standards.
• Complete resident assessments and support care planning, follow‑up, and documentation.
• Communicate resident updates with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
• Process physician orders, referrals, paperwork, and daily reports.
• Help supervise unit care, support Nurse Aides, and promote quality outcomes.
• Build positive relationships and help resolve concerns professionally.

What we are looking for

Required:

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Practical Nurse
• Dedication to providing high‑quality care
• Caring and compassionate approach to resident care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with residents, families, coworkers, and providers
• Demonstrated leadership ability
